This merges most of Erwans internship work, which inlcudes:

CoAP OBS test cases update
CoAP BLOCK test cases update
PCAP pre-processing (now we do pattern matching before actually running the testcase), which is needed to evolve into a completely passive tool (no -tc arg passed to ttroto)
