tests.py -> add 'assert tc.notes' webserver.py -> add 'notes' section in the html code coordinator.py -> add 'notes' and 'feature' section for each testcase TD_coap_core.yaml -> add the 'notes' in each testcase TD_6LOWPAN_FORMAT -> uncomment all testcases with 'feature' and 'notes' sections.
